About Xperts Summit APAC Digital Edition

This new name keeps continuity with previous NSE Xperts Academy events but is poised for the future as part of a global community and NSE Institute.  However, Xperts Summit will still deliver the in-depth, high quality workshops and interaction that you have come to expect.

In response to the current global situation, Xperts Summit has transformed itself from the “must attend” in-person event of the year to the “must attend” digital event of the year.

Xperts Summit APAC Digital Edition 2020 will provide four and a half days of in-depth workshops delivered by the Best-in-Class Fortinet Technical Experts and is also the ideal environment for connecting with your peers from around the APAC region.

 

Fortinet Network Security Experts who are (NSE) 4, NSE 5, NSE 6, or NSE 7 certified. 

A US$290.00 (+5% credit card processing fee) registration fee will apply and will include: four and half days of hands-on workshops and demos.

Payment is required when you register and we only accept credit and debit cards. All payments must be made by credit card or debit card through our online registration form. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We do not issue invoices or accept payments via purchase order, wire, ACH, or check.

If you are experiencing trouble submitting the payment, please email registration@garnishevent.com. Oftentimes, the issue can be resolved by calling your card issuer and whitelisting a charge from Garnish Events LLC.

Once payment has been submitted and your registration is confirmed, no payment refunds will be processed. 

Your receipt is included in your registration confirmation (subject line: Xperts Summit APAC Digital Edition 2020) Make sure you check your spam folder if you can't find your confirmation email. If you still can't find it and need another copy, get in touch with us at registration@garnishevent.com. You can also click here to log in to download a copy of your invoice.

Agenda & Workshops

Workshops are categorized by skill requirement levels. These range from NSE 4 - 7. The majority of the workshops have a NSE 4 minimum level requirement. 

Workshop selection is required when you initially register for this event. You will be asked to select one track with workshops that you will have to follow throughout the four and half days. The event will begin in the morning at 9:00 SGT (GMT +8) and the afternoon will start at 13:00 SGT (GMT +8). We recommend thoroughly reviewing your track and workshop selections before confirming your registration for the event as no changes to track and workshops will be permitted after completing payment and confirming your participation. 

Remember to be on time for your selected workshops you've reserved. Don't be late! We recommend logging in 10 minutes before the workshop begins. If you show up after that, you may miss out on vital content and instructions. 

Once you've added selected a track, there's a few places you can find the list of workshops you are registered for.

Your CONFIRMATION EMAIL

After completing your registration, you should receive a confirmation email in your inbox within 5-10 minutes. This email will contain a listing of your confirmed workshops - including date and time information.

On EVENT SITE

If you head to the full agenda at https://www.fortinetevents.com/xpertssummit_apac_digital_edition_november_2020/, you'll see a "My Agenda" tab in the navigation list at the top of the website. If you're not already logged into the agenda, you'll be prompted to log in by verifying your email address and password. Here you can review the track that you have chosen as well as workshops by day.

Workshops will be run via GoToWebinar. If you don't already have the GoToWebinar application downloaded, you can get it here. We recommend doing this in advance and completing a system check to ensure everthing will run smoothly for the event.

During the workshops, some speakers will use Slack as a tool to support you - If you receive an email prior to the event, please download slack onto your laptop to benefit from the speakers' support. 

You will receive a calendar reminder 24 hours and 1 hour prior to each workshop. We reccomend logging in 10 minutes prior to each workshop.

Video will not be enabled for attendees during any of our workshops. However, should you need 1:1 assistance during the workshop, the organizer will share with you the slack channel for 1 to 1 assistance.

You will be provided with unique access links to your selected workshops for the Xperts Summit Digital Edition. These links are specific to you and you only. No sharing of these links are permitted. 

Your agenda only shows workshops you're registered for, so if something's missing you may not have selected it when you registered. Because workshop capacity is limited, the event policy does not allow for changes to workshops after your initial registration is completed.

During the workshops, the presenters will share with you a slack channel link for 1:1 assistance.
