The Walt Disney Swan Resort is located near many Disney hotspots and hotels. Walking paths or Disney boats are available from the resort to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Buses contracted by the hotel bring guests to all other Walt Disney World attractions.
The resort, along with the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, has two lap pools and one grotto pool with a waterslide and waterfall. Drinks can be ordered near the pools through a nearby cabana bar. Resort guests have access to a spa, day care program, along with multiple Disney gift shops.
The Swan’s proximity to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios make it an outstanding choice for a stay in WDW. The BoardWalk’s entertainment complex is practically in your backyard, just in case the urge to dance or listen to dueling pianos suddenly hits you. Fantasia Gardens, a miniature golf complex, is just a short walk across the street.
In addition, the dining options are nearly endless! The Swan and Dolphin share 17 restaurants and lounges between them. The nearby BoardWalk, Yacht and Beach Clubs also have many eateries. Finally, Epcot’s fabulous restaurants are just a stroll away. All in all, there are more than 40 restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel Policies
Room rates shown do not include 12.50% State and Local Tax per night (subject to change) and any applicable resort fees. The daily resort fee of $35.00 plus tax will be added to your room account.
In the event you must depart prior to your reserved check-out date, an early departure fee of one night's room and tax will be charged. If you wish to avoid this fee, you must advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
If you fail to utilize any room nights of a confirmed reservation (ie, a "no show"), you will be responsible for one room night of the confirmed reservation.
