TAX POLICY

Room rates shown do not include 13.38% Hotel Room State Tax per night (subject to change) and any applicable resort fees. The daily resort fee of $39.00 plus tax will be added to your room account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of the 1st night room and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately. Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of 1st night room and tax. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1st night room and tax.

You have the option to change your check out date at any time prior to check-in or at check-in without being charged an early departure assessment. However, in the event you decide to check out prior to your confirmed departure date, you will be charged an early departure assessment in the amount equal to the applicable rate and taxes you were quoted for the night you are departing.

CHILD POLICY

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. There is an additional charge per occupant per night, above two (2) occupants per room regardless of age.   Guests must be 21 year of age in order to check in to the hotel.

  • Your 24-hour parking fee provides you with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability)
  • Use your room key or MGM Resorts App parking barcode to access all parking facilities until 11:59 p.m. on the day of checkout
  • Parking may be conveniently charged to your room bill

SHORT-TERM VISITORS

  • Nevada residents with a valid Nevada driver license receive first 3 hours at no charge and are subject to stated rates thereafter. Scan your valid Nevada driver license at exit gate to receive complimentary hours.
  • For all guests: Your first hour in self-parking is free*
  • For expedited exit, keep your parking ticket with you and pay at kiosk prior to returning to your vehicle

  • Self-parking is complimentary* for current Pearl, Gold, Platinum and NOIR M life Rewards members.
