As Vice President of Engineering at Fortinet, Marcelo Mayorga leads a team of more than 140 Pre-Sales Engineers distributed in Latin America and the Caribbean. He contributes to sales strategy's design, marketing initiatives and also serves as spokesperson for the company. He has over 15 years of experience working in the Cybersecurity industry. During his career, he has held pre and post sales positions, and has obtained certifications from different technologies and industry manufacturers. Mayorga graduated with a BSc in Information Systems from the University of El Salvador and a Master's degree from the University of Massachusetts. Mayorga is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
