Neville has over 30 years of IT and Banking Operational experience in various roles in the Financial Services sector, throughout Africa. His current role as Group Executive: Technology and Banking Operations with Letshego Holdings Limited, sees him managing Technology and Banking Operations across 11 countries in Africa. He has worked in large Corporate Banks, a start-up Retail Bank and is now working in Micro-Finance providing solutions for under-serviced customers. Neville although fulfilling an Executive role in the Group, sees himself as a hands-on Manager and often gets involved in complex Technical and Operational Process debates with his senior team members.
