Hugo has extensive experience in the networks and IT security areas. He began his professional career as a network integrator to specialize, years later, in IT security. Throughout his professional career, Hugo has worked for the main security and IT network integrators in Portugal.

Likewise, Hugo has managed and directed the implementation of hundreds of network and security projects with technologies from different vendors in the different verticals of the Portuguese market, also achieving numerous IT vendor certifications during that period.

He joined Fortinet 7 years ago, where he holds a patent and is currently managing the integrations with partner products and Fortinet’s offering for Operational Technology.
